Our graphic design timeline typically ranges between 7-10 working days, depending on the complexity of the design.
Can I cancel my project before the deadline?
You may cancel the project at any time, however, please note that we do not offer refunds for any work that has already been completed or partially completed. Any payments made thus far will be forfeited.
Must I take website maintenance with a website design?
Yes. We guarantee a seamless experience for your website with various options to fit your budget, including updates to text and images. Hosting is included in all our packages.
Can I use my purchased online templates as I like?
Yes. Upon purchase, we grant you complete copyright ownership of the templates, allowing you to use, modify, and print them as desired.
May I send my purchased templates to a friend or colleague?
No. The templates are for your personal use only. You have the right to print and distribute them as you please, but not to share them digitally.
Can I get access to the backend of my website to make changes myself?
No. For security reasons, access is not granted to anyone. Online shop owners will receive Shop Manager access, which is a limited profile with no risk to the security of your website, to manage orders, clients, and payments.
Can I use a different hosting provider?
No. We recommend using our hosting services as it is included in your monthly maintenance package, and technical issues can be resolved more efficiently when we only have to work with our hosting provider, rather than having to go through you and your hosting provider.
